Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates do vary depending upon where in the world you’re shipping to. We continue to do our best to find the competitive pricing and packing options for our friends abroad. 

What is this Pre-Order button? 

In order for us to ensure the highest quality product, we go through a rigorous setup process with our printers, designers, and production teams, where we incur significant setup costs every time we go to print, and especially when we introduce new designs. Because we believe our message should be available to anyone who seeks it, it’s important that we do all we can to keep prices affordable. One way we do this is through our “Pre-Order” promotion.  

With the introduction of every new design, we’ll run the numbers and determine what the minimum amount needed to go to print is. We’ll then start a campaign where we’ll have 2 weeks to get the minimum orders needed. Those who support a new design within the “Pre-Order” phase will get discounted pricing.

Once the minimum “Pre-Order” amount has been reached the price will return to its regular cost and we’ll submit the order to our printer. If you like the design it’s, in your best interest to buy early and share with your friends. 

If we do not reach the minimum amount needed to go to print, all “Pre-Orders” will be refunded and designs will be held in our archives. 

When does my product ship?

Your product will immediately go to our shipping department upon receipt of purchase, and be shipped next business day. 

For new designs and “Pre-order” products please allow 1-2 weeks from the close of the pre-order campaign.

How do I change the address on my order?

We ask that you double check all personal information, including your address, prior to completing checkout. However, if you complete a transaction and feel that your address is inaccurate, immediately message us through Contact Us page on the website and we’ll update your shipping information.

In your email please include the correct address. However, if the item is already shipped we cannot change the order address.

Immediately message us through the Contact Us page on the website, and we’ll assist you with the necessary adjustments to your order. We will answer emails in the order in which they are received. Please note: if you order has already shipped, we cannot adjust the order.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Of course, during check out, you can specify a different address for shipping.

Are prints shipped in tubes?

All of our prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes, your prints will arrive in top condition.
